- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for your area.
- Turn customer insights, data and business goals into clear priorities.
- Write clear PRDs and user stories, and manage the backlog.
- Lead product launches from idea to release with Engineering and Design.
- Track key metrics such as conversion, retention and NPS, and act on the data.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to improve the customer journey across web, app and stores.
