- Own the life cycle management of one or more business technology products from roadmap definition through release and business-as-usual performance.
- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and budget in alignment with business needs and platform strategy.
- Make final tie-breaker decisions when business domains cannot reach alignment.
- Oversee product architecture, technical performance, and continuous improvement plans with IT teams.
- Drive simplification of the system landscape, including decommissioning unfit products and planning migrations/retirements.
- Partner with GCO line functions and stakeholders to implement process changes, improve product usage, and maintain audit/inspection readiness.
Required Skills
8 to 16 years of experience in life cycle management of business technology productsProduct ownership experience in large-scale technology platformsExperience with Clinical Data Repository (CDR) or Metadata Repository (MDR) preferredStrategic thinking and operational leadershipStakeholder management across business, IT, and vendorsAbility to work in complex environments and make decisions for platform integrityKnowledge of GxP, CSV, and quality standardsTechnology change managementBudget management and business case preparation

Experience in Clinical Data OperationsExperience with system simplification and decommissioningExperience hosting Voice of Business forums and SteerCo meetingsAbility to leverage customer insights and surveys for future enhancementsExperience monitoring external technology trends and competitive insights
