- Own the mining application portfolio and drive roadmap execution across multiple teams.
- Lead product modernization, re-platforming, and microservices adoption to reduce technical debt.
- Manage delivery, release planning, and cross-application dependencies for predictable execution.
- Oversee Java backend and modern UI systems, partnering with architecture on design and integration.
- Apply mining domain expertise, including MineStar, to guide product and operational decisions.
- Drive AI/GenAI adoption, manage budgets and vendors, and provide executive stakeholder updates.
