- Own the platform automation and consumption experience roadmap across Rackspace cloud offerings.
- Define product vision and strategy for automation, self-service, integrations, APIs, developer experience, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Translate customer use cases into epics, features, and technical requirements, then drive delivery from discovery through launch.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, customer success, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
- Establish success metrics and KPIs to measure adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
- Engage customers and stakeholders through roadmap reviews, demos, feedback sessions, and executive forums.
Required Skills
