- Lead discovery for CIAM use cases across B2C, B2B, and hybrid products.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog from themes to epics to stories and keep engineering unblocked.
- Write clear technical requirements and user stories, including edge cases, failure states, and non-functional needs.
- Partner with engineering and architecture on API design, integration patterns, and platform decisions.
- Coordinate releases, rollout plans, stakeholder updates, and internal training/adoption communications.
- Collaborate with Security, Privacy/Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to refine priorities and improve identity experiences.
Required Skills
6+ years of product management or product ownership experienceExperience with web-based products and/or APIsIdentity & Access Management (IAM/CIAM) experienceEnterprise product lifecycle managementCross-functional agile/scrum leadershipStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to write technical requirements and actionable user storiesAnalytical decision-making using data and customer insightsOAuth 2.0OpenID ConnectSAMLSSOMFAToken/session managementChange managementLegacy system migrationsPrivacy/consent and identity-related compliance knowledge
