- Evaluate AI research outputs and define the roadmap to turn them into scalable, demo-ready MVPs.
- Drive short-cycle MVP execution, keep teams focused, and validate beta applications with surveys and testing.
- Serve as the primary technical face for clients, leading deep-dive demos, handling objections, and running pilot programs.
- Synthesize pilot feedback into research requirements for labs and engineering requirements for development teams.
- Own the transition from working notebook to production-grade system, including scaling, deployment architecture, and maintenance.
- Lead a full-stack team of PMs and engineers and set OKRs aligned to technical breakthroughs and market adoption.
