Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for HighLevel VoiceAI.
  • Own the full VoiceAI product surface across inbound/outbound calling, agent setup, voice selection, call actions, analytics, and workflow integrations.
  • Translate customer problems into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, launch plans, and measurable success metrics.
  • Partner with engineering and design to improve telephony architecture, LLM behavior, speech quality, latency, reliability, and setup UX.
  • Build integrations between VoiceAI and core platform objects like Contacts, Conversations, Calendars, Workflows, Opportunities, Payments, and Knowledge Base.
  • Own compliance-sensitive decisions around outbound calling, consent, call recording, data handling, and abuse prevention.
