- Drive execution across sprint cycles with engineering and program managers, including backlog management, story writing, dependency management, and release planning.
- Write PRDs and detailed functional/technical specifications for AI-powered localization workflows and orchestration systems.
- Define and evolve context-aware localization capabilities using metadata, character identity, dialogue history, scene context, and franchise knowledge.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to operationalize LLM-based, retrieval-based, and multimodal localization systems.
- Partner across operations, editorial, legal, accessibility, and vendors to remove blockers and ensure successful delivery of localization programs.
- Define experimentation frameworks and evaluate localization quality, model performance, workflow productivity, and business impact.
