- Design and execute end-to-end go-to-market programs for digital native businesses, early-stage startups, and incubators.
- Build relationships with venture capital firms, startup accelerators, and technology hubs to grow the startup ecosystem.
- Lead global and regional hackathons from concept through execution, including themes, platform setup, judging criteria, and prizes.
- Build and nurture an active developer community and serve as the liaison between external developers and internal engineering teams.
- Collaborate with DevRel to create technical content, quick-start guides, and API documentation.
- Define, track, and report on success metrics such as hackathon participation, startup onboarding, developer growth, and pipeline generation.
Required Skills
12+ years of experience in program management, strategic alliances, customer relations, product marketing, or technical ecosystem developmentExperience designing and executing large-scale developer events, hackathons, and technical summitsDeep understanding of the startup lifecycle and the technical needs of cloud-native digital businessesStrong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional teamsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositionsExperience working with product, engineering, and marketing leadership

Experience with Developer Relations (DevRel)Experience with API documentation and technical content creationExperience in the technology industryExperience with startup accelerators or venture capital firms
