- Lead the strategy and development of the warehouse orchestration platform.
- Design how tasks are prioritized, grouped, and dynamically released to warehouse operations.
- Build scalable product capabilities that balance operational capacity, order priority, and replenishment speed.
- Partner with engineering, operations, data science, analytics, inventory planning, and supply chain teams to define strategy and deliver outcomes.
- Use data and analytics to drive product decisions, prioritization, and measurable business results.
- Define OKRs and manage complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
Required Skills
6+ years of product management experienceSupply chain or WMS product experienceStrong systems-thinking mindsetExperience with scalable platforms, orchestration systems, workflow engines, or operational decisioning productsData and analytics-driven product decision makingStrong communication and stakeholder managementCross-functional leadershipAgile development experience (user stories, sprints, personas)Ability to define OKRs and measurable outcomes
