- Own the end-to-end customer experience from product vision through launch.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, including goals, use cases, requirements, and features.
- Drive product discovery through user research, customer interviews, and data analysis.
- Write press releases, FAQs, and business goals to align stakeholders.
- Define functional and non-functional technical requirements and engage in solution design with engineering.
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure business alignment and delivery.
