- Lead the development and maintenance of custom tools and systems for Properties Design Capabilities.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for the product.
- Translate company strategy into physical spaces across new stores, remodels, prototypes, and special projects.
- Prioritize backlog items, customer themes, epics, and stories to maximize impact.
- Partner with Engineers, UX designers, Data Scientists, Data Engineering teams, and business partners to deliver outcomes.
- Use customer feedback and data to build business cases, validate outcomes, and guide product direction.
