- Own and evolve the product strategy and outcome-based roadmap for Data Platform experiences.
- Lead continuous discovery with UX research to understand persona friction and journey maps.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to turn platform features into aligned user experiences.
- Define and enhance persona frameworks, journey maps, and jobs-to-be-done to improve self-service outcomes.
- Partner with UX design teams on experience strategy, frameworks, and design principles.
- Support go-to-market activities including documentation, enablement, standards adoption, and change management.
Required Skills
6+ years of product management experiencePlatform product management experienceAbility to influence without direct authorityStakeholder alignment across engineering, architecture, and operationsStrong relationship-building with platform consumers and senior leadersAgile and matrixed environment experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of data platformsData engineering toolsData governance toolsAnalytics tools
