- Act as the voice of the customer for Labs department initiatives.
- Research and analyze data, define requirements, and prioritize features and enhancements.
- Own product backlog prioritization, epics, MVP definition, and roadmap alignment.
- Partner with Technical Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive delivery and positioning.
- Drive release planning and operational readiness for product releases.
- Support strategic sales opportunities, Labs partner program engagements, and pricing analytics.

6+ years of product management experienceProduct backlog managementRoadmap planningRequirements definition and documentationProduct lifecycle managementCross-functional stakeholder managementStrong written and verbal communicationStrategic analysis and problem solvingBusiness judgment and financial acumenExperience managing products with $50M+ annual revenueExperience managing local and/or remote individual contributorsBachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field
