- Define and drive the HITL automation strategy and tooling platform roadmap.
- Partner with business, ops, tech, UX, and analytics leaders to gather requirements and shape solutions.
- Write crisp business requirements, user stories, and product specifications for HITL capabilities.
- Drive end-to-end execution of product roadmap, GTM, and adoption metrics.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical and operational constraints.
- Influence stakeholders across teams and locations to deliver integrated, best-in-class user experiences.
Required Skills
5+ years of product management experienceExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with end to end product deliveryExperience owning technology productsExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productBachelor's degree or equivalentData-driven product vision and metrics trackingCross-functional stakeholder management
