- Provide pre- and post-sales support for the automation line and IT solutions.
- Define configuration, turnaround time, and layout for TLA systems.
- Create commercial grids for TLA and automation line offerings.
- Track market changes, manage forecasts, and collect opportunity updates from distributors.
- Support key projects and tenders, visit key accounts, and build reference hospitals.
- Deliver sales and product training, coordinate conferences/exhibitions, and submit regular work plans and reports.
Required Skills
10-15 years in the IVD industry5 years handling automation lineExperience in service or application rolesGraduation in Biotechnology, Science, or EngineeringGood command of written and spoken EnglishFamiliarity with computers, software, and LIS systemsLogical thinkingGood communication skills
