- Own product strategy and execution for the Workflow and Extensibility platform experience for administrators.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and growth opportunities.
- Translate strategy into detailed requirements and partner with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver features end to end.
- Lead cross-functional prioritization, dependency management, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring for SaaS applications.
- Mentor and guide product managers and collaborate with sales, services, support, marketing, and readiness teams.
- Build stakeholder relationships and align product goals with broader company objectives.
