- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and operating model for the AI for Targeting & Segmentation program across international markets.
- Translate business needs into problem statements, requirements, user stories, and delivery plans for Data Science, Analytics Engineering, and Technology teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to move solutions from pilot to deployment to scaling while managing dependencies, risks, and milestones.
- Drive adoption, change management, training, documentation, and market enablement for segmentation outputs and workflows.
- Ensure governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI practices are built into the program and its lifecycle.
- Define, monitor, and communicate success metrics and value realization to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills
9+ years of relevant experience in Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML, or Digital/Data products4+ years of hands-on Product Management experienceExperience translating business priorities into requirements and roadmapsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProgram/project management skillsExperience with data and analytics ecosystemsAbility to collaborate with engineering teams to operationalize solutionsExperience working in a multi-country, international environmentBachelor’s degree in an analytics-related field

Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplineSegmentation, targeting, or portfolio planning experienceProduct ownership and agile delivery practicesMachine Learning products, especially Large Language Models and GenAIParametrized, automated, reusable analytic workflows and model pipelinesDeveloping data and analytic products for technical and non-technical audiencesPharma & Life Science commercial functional knowledgePharma & Life Science commercial data literacyDataiku Data Science Studio experience
