- Support product operations and enhancement workstreams for Mastercard Intelligence Center products.
- Own go-to-market planning, user onboarding, upkeep, maintenance, feedback collection, and usage reporting.
- Automate recurring processes and simplify feedback/reporting workflows using AI agents and AI-based workflows.
- Prioritize features, run sprint planning and backlog reviews, and contribute to quarterly feature prioritization.
- Partner with engineering, regional product teams, sales, marketing, UX, and other stakeholders to deliver enhancements.
- Monitor product performance metrics, manage JIRA tickets, and support bug resolution and product support requests.
