- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned to business goals.
- Own end-to-end product delivery and ensure high-quality, timely releases.
- Lead Agile execution across multiple teams and improve delivery predictability.
- Act as the bridge between business, engineering, and senior leadership, including CXO-level communication.
- Drive feature release planning, stakeholder communication, adoption tracking, and enablement.
- Define and track product KPIs, manage risks, and resolve conflicts across complex stakeholder environments.
