- Own the end-to-end Salesforce product backlog and turn business needs into sprint-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap, prioritizing work by business impact, feasibility, and stakeholder alignment.
- Run requirements workshops and discovery sessions, and partner with Salesforce developers through refinement, sprint planning, UAT, release, and hypercare.
- Lead user onboarding and change management for new Salesforce features, including communications, training, and adoption tracking.
- Track product performance using metrics such as adoption, data quality, and sales productivity, and use insights to continuously improve the platform.
- Act as the authoritative Salesforce product voice across Sales, CRM, Tech, and Business stakeholders, including 1st-level support prioritization.

7+ years of relevant experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product ManagerStrong backlog managementUser story writingAcceptance criteria definitionSprint planningStakeholder prioritizationAgile delivery experienceHands-on Salesforce experienceSales Cloud or Service Cloud knowledgeCRM product understanding for B2B sales productivityMetrics and KPI trackingData-driven prioritizationClear communication with technical and business stakeholdersUnderstanding of AI and automation in the Salesforce ecosystem
