- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-powered operational tools and platforms.
- Work backwards from customer needs and generalize requirements across diverse personas and use cases.
- Own technical requirements for APIs and algorithms and contribute to architecture reviews.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, science, operations, design, and business teams.
- Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term architectural integrity and technical debt tradeoffs.
- Use AI to accelerate prototyping, specifications, and documentation to validate customer value faster.
