- Define the product vision and multi-year roadmap for pharmacy supply chain systems.
- Translate healthcare and supply chain constraints into product requirements for engineering teams.
- Own the end-to-end metrics framework for pharmacy supply chain health.
- Partner with Operations, Compliance, Vendor Management, Fulfillment, Finance, and In-Stock teams to drive improvements.
- Work with Applied Scientists and ML Engineers to define success criteria for forecasting and optimization systems.
- Influence across multiple teams to deliver outcomes in a matrixed environment.
