- Own product direction and roadmap for AI Roleplays and AI Tutor.
- Define evaluation criteria for selling tasks and turn performance into actionable feedback.
- Build manager- and leader-facing analytics that show real improvement over time.
- Represent the product in pre-sales, escalations, and customer conversations.
- Run design partnerships with enablement leaders and senior revenue leaders.
- Own launch, positioning, messaging, and cross-functional alignment with product marketing, sales, enablement, and customer success.
