- Own the end-to-end RCS roadmap across onboarding, verification, rich messaging, fallback orchestration, analytics, market expansion, and pricing.
- Define and drive the adoption strategy for RCS across the customer base, including segmentation, activation, and migration from SMS/MMS.
- Lead market expansion planning by assessing carrier readiness, regulatory requirements, provider selection, and rollout criteria by region.
- Improve sender/agent registration and brand verification flows to reduce time-to-first-message and approval friction.
- Shape rich messaging experiences, including composition, templating, campaign tools, and channel fallback behavior.
- Develop pricing, packaging, and business cases while tracking unit economics, margin, revenue, and retention impact.
