- Own the product roadmap and execution for Phone Numbers and KYC products.
- Define and improve the end-to-end experience for phone number discovery, purchasing, provisioning, assignment, activation, and lifecycle management.
- Build scalable onboarding and verification flows for identity verification, business verification, and access to messaging/telephony capabilities.
- Partner with Engineering and external telecom/identity providers to improve provisioning reliability, onboarding automation, and verification success.
- Drive KYC, trust onboarding, and fraud-prevention workflows while staying aligned with compliance and telecommunications regulations.
- Use experimentation and product metrics to improve activation, completion rates, approval rates, time-to-activation, and customer satisfaction.
