- Define the long-term product vision and MVP for Motive Card entry into new sectors and markets.
- Conduct deep customer research, identify ICPs, and define the feature set needed for adoption.
- Build the product strategy and roadmap for new sectors and international geographies with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Align and execute with Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
- Develop metrics, business requirements, goals, user stories, PRDs, wireframes, and process flows.
- Serve as the primary product SME for expansion initiatives and support Sales and Business Development.
