- Define the long-term product vision and MVP for Motive Card expansion into new sectors and markets.
- Conduct customer research, identify ICPs, and define the feature set needed for adoption.
- Build the product strategy and roadmap with PM, PMM, Sales, Growth, and Marketing stakeholders.
- Align and execute cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering.
- Define metrics, business requirements, goals, user stories, and product documentation such as PRDs, wireframes, and process flows.
- Serve as the primary SME for expansion initiatives and support Sales and Business Development.
