- Partner with product leadership to shape and execute the Creators/Courses roadmap.
- Own defined parts of the learner journey from first interaction through completion and repeat engagement.
- Lead features that improve course creation, consumption, progress tracking, and learner success at scale.
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to improve engagement, completion, and retention.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Track and report success metrics such as activation, completion, time-to-first-value, retention cohorts, and revenue per learner.
Required Skills
7+ years of Product Management experienceExperience with B2C or B2B2C learning platforms, content products, or creator-focused SaaSStrong UI/UX sensibility for learner journeys and content discoveryExperience running A/B tests and structured experimentationData-informed decision making using behavioral data, funnel metrics, and cohort analysisCross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, data, and marketingUnderstanding of SaaS and creator platform growth levers
Nice to Have
Experience on a B2C learning or content platformExperience with creator growth and monetizationExperience with subscription, marketplace, or creator-led business modelsMobile-friendly product experienceAbility to articulate personal impact on growth and learner satisfaction
