- Own the multi-quarter product vision and roadmap for BusGDS.
- Translate strategy into clear PRDs, specs, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive the full delivery lifecycle from discovery through release and iteration.
- Define success metrics, instrument the product, and use data and feedback to improve it.
- Partner with sales, operations, customer success, engineering, and external partners to onboard operators and drive adoption.
- Make build/buy/partner and prioritization decisions that balance operator needs, traveller experience, and commercial impact.
Required Skills
6–10 years of product management experienceB2B / enterprise / multi-stakeholder platform product experienceStrong strategy and execution skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsProduct analytics tools such as CleverTap, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or TableauWireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XDTechnical fluency with APIs, data models, and system trade-offsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Travel, mobility, or transportation sector experienceExperience with distribution systems, inventory or yield managementExperience with marketplaces or supply-side / two-sided platformsExperience building self-serve tooling, onboarding, or operations platformsFamiliarity with agile development methodologiesPrior experience in engineering or a strongly technical background
