- Own and deliver core platform projects and add-on features from concept to completion.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into clear development units for engineering.
- Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Implementation to refine requirements and drive adoption.
- Triage bugs, prioritize feature requests, and manage the product backlog in an agile environment.
- Define, track, and report on product performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct user research, validate new product concepts, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills
8+ years of product management experience in SaaSEngineering or technical backgroundExperience building core platforms, low-code app builders, app ecosystems, or AI-centric user experiencesSolid understanding of web-based technologiesModern software development lifecycle knowledgeIntermediate SQLExperience working directly with enterprise clientsAbility to gather market requirements and translate them into technical frameworksQuantitative problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM)Experience with Territory applicationsExperience with Quota applicationsHands-on familiarity with Generative AI applicationsExperience with agentic workflowsExperience with enterprise data analytics platformsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
