- Drive the roadmap for the Email Security portfolio aligned to customer and business priorities.
- Work with customers, support, and internal stakeholders to identify product pain points and operational challenges.
- Translate customer, operational, and technical feedback into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Partner with engineering and UX to execute features from concept through release, adoption, and optimization.
- Lead release planning, feature validation, and rollout readiness activities.
- Use product usage data, customer feedback, and market research to inform prioritization and product improvements.
