- Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for the climate-tech platform.
- Lead product discovery, customer interviews, usability testing, and market research to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product releases, PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, agile rituals, and timely execution across the product lifecycle.
- Own go-to-market strategy, pricing, positioning, and adoption initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Define product KPIs, analyze usage and feedback, and use data to improve user journeys, adoption, and business outcomes.
