- Own a product area’s outcomes, roadmap, prioritization, and committed business results.
- Run customer discovery, own win/loss analysis, and translate insights into a clear persona and value proposition.
- Use analytics and experimentation to instrument adoption, track behavior, and validate hypotheses.
- De-risk initiatives by writing the problem, identifying the riskiest assumption, and testing before building.
- Drive iterative delivery with shippable increments, leading/lagging indicators, and fast learning cycles.
- Partner closely with Development, QA, Design, Legal Tech, PMM, Sales, SE, and Customer Success to launch clearly and without surprises.
Required Skills
5-7 years of product management experienceB2B SaaS product experienceOutcome ownership at product area scopeData analysis and synthesisSQLAnalytics tools such as Amplitude, Metabase, or Google AnalyticsCustomer discovery and persona definitionStrong written and verbal communicationUnderstanding of UX design practices in SaaSAI fluency and ability to use AI in workflowAbility to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, and go-to-market teams
