- Define and execute the roadmap for Simpplr’s AI platform, services, and agentic capabilities.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases across the employee experience platform and align them to customer needs and business goals.
- Write product requirements, user stories, evaluation criteria, and success metrics for AI-powered features and agents.
- Partner with AI engineers, architects, and data scientists to translate requirements into models, APIs, retrieval systems, and integrations.
- Drive reusable AI platform primitives, evaluation frameworks, observability, governance, and agent tooling.
- Collaborate with go-to-market and customer teams to drive AI adoption, enablement, and measurable business outcomes.
Required Skills
