- Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Partner Digital Solutions.
- Define measurable business outcomes and prioritize investments based on customer value and strategic impact.
- Lead product discovery, prioritization, and delivery in partnership with Engineering.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture to evolve integration strategies, interoperability, and common information models.
- Champion high-quality data, reusable capabilities, and consistent metadata with data governance teams.
- Partner with Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success to drive adoption and organizational change.
Required Skills
10+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or digital platformsProven experience leading complex platform products through influence in matrix organizationsStrong strategic thinking and experience defining product vision in ambiguous environmentsUnderstanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, data models, and platform interoperabilityExceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive influencing skills
Nice to Have
Experience with enterprise collaboration, industrial software, project management, or asset management platformsFamiliarity with software entitlement models, subscription journeys, or partner-facing digital channelsKnowledge of ERP, CRM, PLM, IoT, or similar enterprise ecosystemsExperience working on digital transformation, platform modernization, or lifecycle information management initiativesKnowledge of electrical industry tools or project workflows
