- Define and communicate the product vision and long-term strategy for the AI-native developer tooling portfolio.
- Own the product roadmap, prioritization, and strategic trade-offs across new and existing initiatives.
- Lead product discovery, market validation, prototyping, and requirements definition with engineering and design.
- Partner with stakeholders, customers, and leadership to align product direction, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions.
- Track KPIs, analyze post-launch performance, and drive continuous product optimization.
- Mentor junior product managers and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Required Skills
7+ years of product management experienceAt least 2 years in a senior PM roleBusiness consulting experiencePricing and packaging experienceExperience with AI-native technical productsExperience with developer tools, SDKs, APIs, and product integrationsExperience leading cross-functional teams in agile environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsProduct management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and ProductboardAbility to work with high-level stakeholdersExperience with product analytics and A/B testing
