- Drive product vision, strategy, investment planning, and execution across the product lifecycle.
- Own product P&L, roadmap priorities, scope, and investment decisions.
- Translate market needs, customer input, usage data, and competitive insights into user stories and requirements.
- Write and refine scrum stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items; accept completed work.
- Serve as the product SME for scrum teams and support sales engineering, commercial, delivery, and care teams.
- Analyze, triage, and troubleshoot maintenance issues; conduct demos and customer-facing sessions.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience working with airline technology3+ years in market-facing rolesProduct management and functional product backgroundBusiness and technology acumenStrong written and verbal English communicationPublic speaking and presentation skillsMicrosoft OfficeAbility to write user stories and acceptance criteriaBacklog management and prioritizationExperience with full-service carriers, low-cost carriers, or travel agenciesKnowledge of travel retailing and e-commerce trendsAbility to work in a highly collaborative virtual environment
