- Drive product vision, strategy, investment planning, and execution across the product lifecycle.
- Manage product P&L, roadmap, priorities, scope, and investment decisions.
- Translate market needs, customer input, usage data, and technical constraints into user stories and requirements.
- Serve as the product SME within scrum teams, write stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain the backlog.
- Partner with sales engineering, commercial, delivery, and care teams to support customers and demos.
- Analyze competitive and market trends, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and guide scrum ceremonies.
