- Own and execute a multi-quarter product strategy for a high-impact area of Runpod’s AI infrastructure platform.
- Define target markets, customer segments, buyer personas, user personas, and the ideal customer profile using research and data.
- Build business cases for major product investments, including market opportunity, ROI, adoption barriers, and competitive dynamics.
- Develop and manage a KPI-driven roadmap with clear customer problems, business objectives, success metrics, and measurable impact.
- Define, track, and report on product and business metrics such as activation, conversion, retention, revenue, churn, compute utilization, and gross margin.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver platform capabilities, drive go-to-market readiness, and communicate strategy and business impact to stakeholders.
