- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Gen AI IVR testing platform.
- Lead product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and backlog management across customers and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering, design, QA, sales, marketing, and AI/ML engineers to deliver and launch products.
- Own product documentation, compliance readiness, and launch materials before release.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback to drive adoption and improvements.
- Coordinate go-to-market activities and manage stakeholder expectations across regions and time zones.
