- Own the roadmap and delivery for customer-facing digital experiences across insurance and warranty.
- Drive onboarding, activation, lifecycle, and re-engagement flows across web, mobile, and communications channels.
- Translate product strategy into epics, user stories, requirements, and prioritized backlog items.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, design, insurance operations, warranty, and data partners to ship releases.
- Manage sprint planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, QA, and launch readiness.
- Improve customer journeys using customer context, transaction data, and engagement signals to increase usability and adoption.
