- Define product vision, strategy, OKRs, KPIs, and roadmap aligned to business goals.
- Own one primary product area across customer acquisition/management or policy, claims, and payments management.
- Translate customer, operational, compliance, and business needs into prioritized requirements and executable initiatives.
- Lead discovery, delivery, launch, rollout, adoption, and performance measurement with cross-functional teams.
- Use data, customer research, user feedback, and market insights to continuously improve product performance.
- Manage third-party vendors and integration partners to expand and optimize product capabilities.
Required Skills
8+ years of product management experienceProduct strategy and roadmap ownershipCross-functional leadershipData-driven decision makingCustomer research and user feedback analysisProduct discovery and deliveryStakeholder managementStrong written, verbal, and presentation communicationExperience with policy administration, claims, payments, or CRM platformsExperience with Salesforce or HubSpotAccounting concepts including revenue recognition and SOX complianceAbility to work US business hours / EST overlap
