- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring features are clearly defined and aligned to business goals.
- Break down initiatives into user stories and run sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups with engineering.
- Prioritize product initiatives using customer feedback, market opportunities, and business needs.
- Track feature adoption and product performance, then iterate based on data and user insights.
- Partner with UX/UI, engineering, QA, customer success, and data science to ship and improve product experiences.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and evaluate AI opportunities for product enhancement.
Required Skills
6-10 years of software product management experienceAt least 2 years in B2B SaaSScrum team managementProduct analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or FullStoryStrong analytical skillsFamiliarity with CRM systems, email automation, and content management platformsUnderstanding of the sales and marketing lifecycleStrong technical acumenAbility to work with engineering and data science teamsAI fluencyExcellent communication skillsCustomer relationship building
