- Define and drive the Ads Trust & Safety strategy, including risk quantification, KPI design, health metrics, and executive reporting.
- Develop insights frameworks that surface trends, risks, opportunities, and business impacts for stakeholders.
- Drive proactive risk monitoring, early warning systems, and anomaly detection capabilities.
- Leverage AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to improve Trust & Safety decision-making.
- Partner with Engineering, Applied Science, Analytics, Operations, and Product teams to prioritize and execute initiatives.
- Own initiatives end-to-end from problem identification and strategy through execution, launch, adoption, and iteration.
