- Define customer scenarios, product requirements, and roadmap priorities for Windows Server AI inferencing experiences.
- Turn complex infrastructure workflows into simple, guided experiences for administrators and developers.
- Partner with engineering on configuration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management capabilities.
- Use customer feedback, telemetry, and field input to make clear product tradeoffs and ship focused improvements.
- Build product narratives, demos, documentation, and success measures that communicate value.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, documentation, sales, hardware partners, and go-to-market teams.
Required Skills
5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentProduct management experience shipping technical, platform, infrastructure, or enterprise productsExperience with AI inference platforms or AI infrastructure technologiesTechnical judgment working with engineers on systems, APIs, and infrastructure tradeoffsAbility to convert ambiguous customer needs into requirements and roadmap decisionsExperience with AI/ML inference, model serving, developer platforms, distributed systems, datacenter infrastructure, cloud, edge, or on-premises environmentsExperience working with OEMs, silicon or accelerator providers, ISVs, systems integrators, or ecosystem partnersCross-functional execution across engineering, design, documentation, field, and go-to-market teamsData-informed product thinking using telemetry and customer feedback

Engineering-to-PM experienceExperience in GPU-accelerated and CPU-based enterprise hardware environmentsExperience with Windows Server or on-premises enterprise infrastructure
