- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Manageability and CIM investments.
- Lead modernization efforts across Exchange administration experiences, APIs, and control-plane infrastructure.
- Drive API-first and Graph-aligned administration scenarios that simplify customer workflows.
- Translate customer feedback, telemetry, support escalations, and partner requirements into product priorities.
- Own customer-facing communications including roadmap updates, deprecation plans, preview programs, documentation, and launch readiness.
- Work across Exchange, Microsoft Graph, Entra, Security, Admin Center, and other Microsoft 365 teams to align priorities and resolve dependencies.

5+ years in product/service/program management or software developmentProduct management for cloud or enterprise softwareShipping complex platform, infrastructure, administration, or API productsTechnical aptitude to work with engineers and architectsRoadmap definition and prioritizationCross-functional stakeholder managementWritten and verbal communicationAnalytical and problem-solving skillsMicrosoft 365 / Exchange / Microsoft Graph / PowerShell / Admin APIsIdentity, RBAC, authentication, and authorizationCloud-scale reliability and observability
