- Define and advance the product vision for the JustGiving fundraising platform across fundraiser, donor, and charity experiences.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery and validation through launch and iteration.
- Drive measurable impact by defining and tracking key product metrics.
- Own and prioritize a multi-team backlog across platform optimization, new features, API delivery, and regulatory work.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and customer success teams to deliver customer-centered solutions.
- Shape roadmap thinking, represent the product in senior forums, and identify innovation opportunities including AI-powered tools.
