- Own the product vision and execution roadmap for the Progression Intelligence charter.
- Lead the technical integration of rewards optimization, causal measurement, and action intelligence systems onto a unified orchestration platform.
- Define technical requirements and integration specifications for real-time decisioning systems.
- Partner with applied scientists to turn model outputs into product features and customer actions.
- Drive quarterly planning, prioritization, and cross-team alignment across engineering, science, and business stakeholders.
- Define success metrics and represent the charter in senior leadership reviews.
