- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI platform.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI platform features, including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release planning, and iteration.
- Partner with engineering and data science to productize LLMs, SLMs, RAG pipelines, and ML models.
- Establish and maintain AI evaluation, governance, monitoring, and versioning practices.
- Collaborate with clinical, engineering, data science, and commercial teams to translate needs into product decisions.
- Define KPIs/OKRs, gather user and customer feedback, and track post-launch outcomes.
